Summary: As my flight was delayed I couldn't make it to Berlin. I asked the hotel to let me stay another time and not just lose all the money but unfortunately they declined. I wasn't even asking my money back just an option to come at another time.

Summary: The room was very clean and nicely laid out with a seating area / kitchen, separate bedroom, and balcony. The indoor pool / spa area was very clean as well. The breakfast, though pricey, was very good and I enjoyed the outdoor dining area.

Summary: Service exceptional! Only issue I had was the ac wouldn’t cool down the room so they gave me a fan which helped. It is a great hotel though to stay at.

Summary: Spent ond night in Berlin at Louisa’s place, and our experience was vers fine. We booked a superior room, with a lot of space including a great living room with kitchen. Nice personel and excellent breakfast. Recommendable.
