The apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building. It has a bedroom, a living room, a large kitchen and a modern bathroom and has been completely renovated and furnished with vintage and design furniture. It also has a balcony for summer days! General information: The maximum number of tenants is 2. Check-in is from 16:00 to 21. Check-out by 12:00.
The final cleaning costs of € 35 must be paid in cash at check-in.

4-All objects and furniture are part of the house, please leave them in place.
5-For any questions about the use of electronic devices or devices, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you. In case you have a problem contact us, we will try to solve it as soon as possible.
6-It is not allowed to welcome more guests than those booked.
7- It is strictly forbidden in Germany to download illegal files from the Internet, all downloads are individually registered and fined.
8 - Children under 12 years of age are not allowed.
9-In case of any question, particular request or repairs please contact us, we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. Although this apartment is your home temporarily, please take care of it, we live here several months of the year.
10 - We remind you that any damage to furniture, objects and parts of the apartment will be charged to the guest upon check out.
