Summary: Overall the house was very nice. A few areas need some work. The railing heading upstairs is not secured to the wall and needs to be repaired and all the bathrooms with showers and a tub need some serious updates and cleaning. Overall the convenience and price of this houses location was worth the few inconveniences we noticed.

Summary: We have mixed reviews. The location and accommodations were great. Other than that, things were not exactly as they said they were. The photos did not look like what was shown on the listing. The bushes were overgrown and our first impression was not great. The patio was covered in leaves and tree limbs, and the upstairs banister was broken, but I contacted the host and they sent a team out within an hour to get it cleaned up and fixed. They did not do a very nice job fixing the banister. The interior paint was peeling off around the trim and the roof gutters were full of leaves and debris. The outside paint was peeling off as well. The grill was unusable because it was so filthy, you could not cook anything on it. The overall cleanliness of the property was very poor. The towels were cheap, they were ants in the kitchen, the water pressure in the entire upstairs was weak to say the least. The handle for the kitchen faucet kept falling off, and some of the lightbulbs were not working. We made the best of it and enjoyed our family vacation. If I was asked whether or not we would stay here again, I would say no. The owner has a lot of work to do to this property to make better for renting on VRBO.

Summary: We stayed over the weekend to hit up the Bourbon Trail. The house is located in a perfect spot. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us.

Summary: The house was amazingly spacious for our crowd of 10 people. Everything was clean and orderly. The instructions listed all the details of the house well. We had no problems. We had easy acess to stores and attractions, and while staying we were able to see deer, possums, and racoons in the yard. A real treat for our family. If we come this way again we would definitely book this house again.
