Monday through Thursday : from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Friday through Saturday : from 8:30 a.m. to midnight.
Sunday : from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m
Let us know if you're arriving or departing outside these times.
Instructions for leaving keys outside of convenience store hours: Please put the keys in the drop box near the front door of the convenience store on the left side in a mailbox labelled "Yabonza Key Drop." Your unique code for collection is 790605. Just quote this to the store person and advise that you're there to collect apartment keys with Key Nest.
Your unique key code will be in the house manual sent 3 days before your stay.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. Please let us know if you would like a copy of this before your stay and email us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.
GETTING AROUND
You're in the centre of town so a car is not required however there is a paid car park next door to the complex if needed.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
