Summary: Patricia was a great host. I contacted her before my visit and she was always prompt to reply. She gave me some great hints on the local public transport which definitely facilitated my stay. There is a bus stop 50 m from the property leading to easy links to Central London. I would certainly consider visiting again

Summary: I by chance happened upon this home stay because I needed to be in the Orpington area, it sounded so much more welcoming than a travel lodge. Pat was there to meet and greet, all was warm and comfortable, a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Easy to park and Pat willing to help and advise on the area. Would definitely recommend.
