Summary: I by chance happened upon this home stay because I needed to be in the Orpington area, it sounded so much more welcoming than a travel lodge. Pat was there to meet and greet, all was warm and comfortable, a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Easy to park and Pat willing to help and advise on the area. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Inside the property itself the stay was peaceful and nice. Spoke to the owner about not having coffee in the room and none on site, went to Costa the 2 days. Didn't opt for the meals at the property so no comment about that. Overall very nice room and informative host.
