Positive: The location was very suitable for our needs. I only had a ten-minute drive to the JW Marriott where our NASRO Convention was held. The underground parking garage was a secure option not available everywhere. The keyfob was another convenience saving me from entering a code every time. Nice amenities in the apartment complex (gym, rooftop terrace with grill, ice bins, and seating). Having the Mexican restaurant and bar on the same block were convenient options for food without having to drive.
Negative: The response time from Home-Tel when texting them could be better. Additionally, the apartment needs the following: 1.) the coffee table replaced, 2.) the headboard on the bed was extremely loose and banged against the wall every time you entered/exited the bed, 3.) a dresser (only clothes storage was hanging or shelving in the walk-in closet).
Summary: Great, pet-friendly apartment convenient to downtown.

Negative: Street noise was a little loud, since it is facing a busy road. Could be a problem for light sleepers but I was ok once I got to sleep.
