Summary: My adult son and I stayed at this apartment while visiting my daughter at Kent State. The description was spot on, the property manager set my expectations correctly. Definitely keep in mind you have 4 flights of stairs to climb, no elevators. The location and size were perfect for our party size. The apartment is very well appointed, we enjoy having a place to make our own meals and not have to eat out so much. One small set back- the water did not remotely get warm after the first night- my second day shower was a very chilly one and I ended up heating some water to properly clean the dishes. The building is historic, so I feel this could have possibly been a fluke. Overall, we loved our stay. Clean, cute, well appointed, safe and my son was very enraptured by the building and it’s history.

Summary: Really nice apartment, super soft sheets, nice decor. No elevator, very old building with some renovations going on. Good selection of coffee and snacks, but snacks were expired and stale. Plus there was used drinks left in refrigerator. Overall, we had a really nice stay and would stay again.
