Positive: Location was fantastic and we loved the view. Unit was very clean inside. Parking for free was great too.
Negative: The window in the front bedroom i could not open as i wanted some fresh air ,i read the instructions that were on a label on the wall and still it would not open. Also i cooked an easy 2 minute noodle meal on the hotplate and i found it was way too slow.(It took over 15 minutes) I double checked the hotplate the next day to simply boil water and that took over 15 minutes again. (Just to make sure that it was not me just doing something wrong.) Also out on the rear balcony, the square glass on the small black woven table is not fixed to the table and moves, so for safety reasons i think that needs to be altered.

Positive: Correspondence with host was quick and efficient. We received all codes for access prior to arrival and had no issues getting in at all. The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and lovely view. It had everything we needed and was lovely to stay in.
Negative: Air con on balcony blew hot air onto the balcony so we had to keep turning it off when we wanted to sit outside. A few maintenance issues such as sliding flyscreens need wheels replaced as they kept coming off the rail. Bathroom in first room the sliding door was very hard to slide and the plug in the sink would not fully come out so it was hard to brush teeth etc. as water would not drain well. In bedroom closest to the balcony the silver plate that was around the toilet flush buttons kept falling off. I also think the showers where set to go cold after a few minutes as both showers would suddenly go cold (no one in other shower) but if we turned the water off and then back on the hot water would come back. Just a few minor maintenance issues, apartment was lovely other that those few small things.

Positive: Great rooms and bathroom each good sized balcony with view.
Negative: The lift was broken-down and we had to wait for someone to bring keys to allow access to stairs door and carpark. Due to broken lifts there was no access to first floor from garages

Positive: The apartment was very comfortable and a great location with restaurants on the doorstep. We enjoyed staying greatly.
Negative: We were inconvenienced by the lift not operational with apartment being on the first floor managing our luggage and basement carpark. Last minute instructions on entrance to apartment with codes did not arrive through Booking.com until the day of leaving.
