Summary: I enjoyed my stay in this lovely, well-appointed apartment. Being able to walk to all the restaurants, cafes and shops of Uptown Kingston was a wonderful experience. Despite all the surrounding activity, the apartment is on a nice quiet street. Andrea provided some nice touches to make me feel most welcome. If you're planning a trip to Kingston, I highly recommend this apartment!

Summary: We were looking for a place, other than a hotel near where my sister lives. It was only about 10 minutes away. We enjoyed the location very much. It was very close to restaurants, shops, grocery, banks, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The apartment was very nice, spacious and very clean. We only used one of the two bedrooms and the kitchen was very nice. The bathroom has a stackable washer and dryer which is very convenient for longer stays. Would consider renting again if we come out to visit again!

Summary: We loved our stay here! The apartment was roomy and clean and well stocked. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars. 15-30 minutes from Woodstock, Saugerties, and Rhinebeck. Great hiking and history in the area.

Summary: Andrea’s place was perfect for our family stay. It was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, and was perfectly located within a short walk of everything in the Stockade district but on a quiet street. Andrea was very kind and helpful. We’d go back for sure.

Summary: Excellent and well appointed property. Location was walkable to uptown and very near a range of good restaurants, shops and historical sites. The property was quiet at night. The furniture, beds and kitchen were comfortable, had everything we needed and were all in excellent shape. The owner was very friendly, attentive and helpful. We appreciated the personal connection. Parking was easy. There is a nice front porch (we enjoyed happy hour every night on the porch!) and a nice area to sit in the backyard. This was a great location to all the historical sites we wanted to visit. We would definately stay there again.

Summary: My partner and I so enjoyed our 3 night stay in such a spacious and clean place. They even Provided eggs milk butter champagne and welcome cookies. That was a first!! Walking distance to lots of fine restaurants and sights and a private garden backyard as well. We will definitely return again Alex and Brian. Ithaca
