Negative: The master bedroom toilet did not flush for four days until we get serviced. too many days to get Service to get Netflix and Roku working on the TVs ants in the kitchen one bedroom and bathrooms along with cockroaches. The exterminator was finally called and they came and left their business card on the counter saying that they had been there without any notice to us before hand. The ice in the freezer was not working. very difficult to get the owner to work with us on anything One of the main reasons we rented this place was to have a heated pool for water therapy after a car accident The heater was not working on the pool for the whole month and we were told various scenarios for the reason. what’s the temperature in the pool was at 64° making it impossible to use for the whole month We had difficulty getting into the condo because the owner had forgotten to give us one of the symbols and we had to have someone come to let us in The screen door in the rear to the outside from the lanai would not lock fan and light in one of the bedrooms was not working they gave us a fan after a while but still no light
Summary: it was a very frustrating stay and we feel that we need some compensation for this which has been refused

Positive: The condo had plenty of dishes to cook with. Costco was 5 minutes away, and the beach 25 minutes away. The host was very responsive and communicative. The bathrooms were fully functional and had a hair dryer available. There were plenty of pillows and bed sheets for everyone in our family. The grill was a great option to have, and the utensils were readily available. The dishwasher, Keurig, washer, dryer, fridge were all fully functional. The internet connection was great and TV worked well.
Negative: The pool had lots of "don'ts ", so if you're traveling with children keep in mind that most neighbors are elderly and are against noise and any sort of pool toys in the pool area. Some of the fans in the house were not functional, but that wasn't an issue for us. Smoking is only allowed by the garbage dumpster at the end of the parking lot, , and nowhere else the property.

Positive: everything was perfect. the apartment is spacious and clean. There is everything you need. the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are very comfortable. It's close to restaurants and the beach. Our host Celia was helpful and collaborated very well. She responds quickly to messages and asks if we are missing anything she could get us... very good experience. I would definitely come back and I will recommend to my family and friends.
