Positive: Very comfy and had all that was needed. The staff were responsive via email anytime I contacted them.
Negative: Hard to find cutlery and we had to hunt for tea towels. The drain in main shower spills onto the main floor.
Summary: It was a comfortable warm house that served its purpose.
