Positive: The property location was great for us, just out of town at the bottom of Xmass pass. The house was super clean, beds were very comfortable and we had wifi. Host and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, wanted to stay longer but it was booked but we then moved to another beautiful property of host in Mutare where we were accommodated. Thank you very much

Positive: Good morning We had a pleasant stay at Pass Mews. The accommodation is a nice place to be and the views of the mountains were incredible and easy to access because it's near the main road.

Negative: I had a little bit of concern regarding security as there is no security gate to the main entrance of the property and there is no security personnel managing the property.

Negative: When the electricity went in the evening,not the host fault,the solar not powerful enough to use the shower in the evening,so we had to use buckets which was fine and fun,actually brought back young days memories.In the morning everything was back to normal

Positive: Quiet peaceful safe location...big&spacious rooms.Warm Water issues which owner should look into...only the one bathroom had warm water...also kettle&microwave depends on solar power which is not strong enough... The one front bathroom shower should be checked out...space to small so when you use the shower it wets the floor of the entire bathroom...so owners should check it out.

Negative: The fact that we had to share one bathroom for the shower...because of hot water issues
