Summary: The accommodation was great for our family of 4. The apartment and facility itself is new and well kept and easily connected to train/ bus. Also nearby store to buy basic stuff n walkable distance to downtown. We had a beautiful view from our room as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Front desk if very helpful.

Summary: Location is 15 min walk to train station and most places and restaurants you would visit. But there are many bus options within 1 block walk to go to/from bus central depot which is in front of the train station. There is even a direct bus #5 to Kriens Zentrum Pilatus to take the cable car to Mt. Pilatus. I wish there were most towel hooks in the bathroom and a towel bar for the hand towel. And since the apartment does not have air conditioning, on hot summer days the apartment gets quite stuffy. There is a floor fan in the living room and it helps until it cools down at night. There was not a similar fan in the bedroom. Despite that, I’d still recommend this rental, but hope management would make these small suggested improvements.

Summary: In general, our stay was very satisfactory and would recommend it. The 4-star rating is meant for the few areas of improvement that could be made. First the good. The apartment is clean, beds are comfortable, location is awesome for walking to Lucerne train station(15min) or with multiple buses that runs every 4-6 mins. Areas of improvement. The apartment can fit 4 people but only had 3 chairs at the dining table. But we managed. The bathroom could be improved with a few more hooks for clothes and towels. There is plenty of wall space. We had to dry our towels using coat hangers in the closet. The apartment does not have air condition which is normal for most northern European apartments. But there was only 1-fan in the apartment. So the other bedroom was a bit hot before it cools down late at night. The apartment is part of the Culinary and Hotel Management school and is staffed mostly by students. And they were awesome and high with professionalism. Hope these suggestions would be helpful to management to make these very minor improvements to yield 5-star rating.
