Modern, very bright apartment with 7 lovely balconies where you can enjoy the amazing view and charm of the Old Town! Located right behind TORRES DE SERRANOS in old town "EL CARMEN", one of the most charismatic areas of Valencia, surrounded by historical sights, museums, restaurants and bars. Ideal for couples or families.

Lovely apartment with a total floor area of 60 sqm that can host up to 4 people. Ideal for two couples or a family with two kids.
Key operated elevator with direct access to the apartment.
One main bedroom with a double bed (150x200) and a sofa-bed (150x200) in the living room. The main bedroom has access to one balcony.

Open kitchen with a bar makes cooking very enjoyable. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge. The kitchen has also access to a balcony.
The living area, which has access to 4 balconies with a nice view on the Torres de Serrano and Plaza de los fueros, is equipped with a dining table and 4 seats, the sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player and Sat receiver.
The apartment also has electric heater, free wifi and a washing machine.
The apartment is equipped with all the basics for a normal living. If during your
stance you find that you miss something, we'll try to provide.
After your reservation we'll send you a dossier with some useful basic information for your arrival in Valencia.
Orinda or Carlos will meet you upon your arrival, check you in at the apartment, give you the keys and explain everything.
You will be provided with linens and towels.
The apartment is located at the very entrance to the old town of Valencia, El Carmen neighborhood, right behind the Torres de Serranos, next to the old river channel.

Also you have a lot of fine restaurants, bars and pubs where to enjoy during day and night in Valencia.
Because of its super great centric location, this lovely shiny apartment might be slightly noisy for light sleepers in peak seasons. We have had no problem sleeping there but that is really personal.
Close-by is Calle Colón in which surroundings you'll find all the options you need for a day of shopping.
Just down the apartment, you have the old river channel. With a length of 9 km it stretches from the Oceanografic until Biopark and it's a beautiful park and a perfect option to escape into the green without leaving the very center of the city.

Summary: Perfect location in the heart of El Carmen with easy access to everything historic Valencia has to offer. The historic building is on a busy square next to the tower so if you are a light sleeper ear plugs might be handy. The apartment is clean and spacious and had the basic amenities for a comfortable week long stay. The host Orinda is a great communicator and very responsive to any requests or needs.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Valencia so much! The apartment was so convenient and in a nice location. Even though there were people and noise in the streets below, we were able to sleep with no problem. The only thing that was a challenge was we had a rental car and finding a parking spot was very difficult and nothing was close. I would recommend not having a rental car when staying at this location. Otherwise, kudos to the owners!

Summary: Great location. Very clean. Lots of natural light with the several balconies. A bit noisy well into the night given the location, but well worth it. Good communication with hosts. All we could ask for. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: First of all, shout out to Orlinda. She was fantastic and easy to work with from the date we reserved the place through check out. We had a small problem with the heating and she responded right away and got it fixed. She also had a list of local restaurants and the couple we tried were worth the time (definitely go to Canelas for paella). The apartment was charming, clean, well appointed and had lots of light. The location was perfect for the Fallas. The unit faced the square where we could see all the action and to top it off, the parade went right past the building. Didn't need to go out into the street, just watched it from one of the 7 balconies. The location cannot be beat. Everything is walkable from there. You cannot go wrong renting from her. It is practically perfect.
