'The Beach Retreat' looks out onto Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The home has five bedrooms and five full baths all en-suite with a 1/2 bathroom off the great room and is perfect for your vacation. This custom-crafted large home includes an ocean-front great room with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors in the common areas, a spectacular open gourmet kitchen with large granite countertops and hickory cabinets, a spacious dining area, a stone fireplace and expansive windows looking out on the Pacific Ocean. Ask about the home next door as well! Great for 2 families or a family reunion!
All bedrooms (sleeping 12) are roomy with vaulted ceilings to make your stay even more relaxed. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, private bath, large closet and full ocean and bay views. What better way to greet the day? The second bedroom has a queen size bed with its own full bathroom, the third and fourth bedrooms also have kings size beds and a full en-suite bathroom, and finally the fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, vaulted ceilings and a full bathroom. All guest bedrooms have plenty of closet space too. All bathrooms have showers with one bedroom also having bathtub, vanities, custom tile, granite countertops and more.
You can enjoy long walks on the beach both north and south. To the south you can walk to the town of Netarts, the jetty for the boat launch and the Schooner for lunch or dinner. To the north, you can walk to the town of Oceanside for coffee at Brewing in the Wind, lunch/dinner at Roseanna's or just to take in the beauty. This is a great launching spot for the Three Capes driving loop, day trips north to as far as Cannon Beach, or south as far as Lincoln City. Golf and Wine Tasting are within an hours drive.
Three night minimum in June. Weekly Saturday to Saturday rentals only for July/August. No Pets Allowed. No RV Parking. Plenty of Parking!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our beach front stay. The house worked great for our clan.The entire space was clean, comfortable, spacious and peaceful.The check in and out process was supper easy with timely, responsive communication. Our hosts were friendly and accomodating.Our first trip to Oregon and it wasn’t be our last. Everything was fantastic.

Summary: We rented this home for a holiday with our grown children and grandkids. We enjoyed our stay while experiencing a trifecta...great views; great weather; great location. We are already looking at our calendars to schedule another stay. The home design offered privacy between bedrooms, which was a treat. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but our texts were answered within a few minutes. Sarah in customer services was a real pro. Thank you!

We have been to many different places in many different towns and this is one of the only ones we would consider going back to. The layout is great, a bathroom for every room is amazing, the service was friendly, everything was extremely clean and responsive and we really loved everything about this stay. My only suggestions for improvement would be to get some new pillows. Every room could really benefit from some new pillows. Also a hot tub would be great. 😁

Summary: Probably the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, fully stocked with kitchen supplies, plenty of starter supplies for bathrooms, laundry and kitchen. The beds and pillows were oh so comfortable! The view and the tides were indescribably beautiful!
