4 Bedroom House in Happy Camp Hideaway, Netarts

The Reunion features 4 bedrooms (two of which are primary ensuite bedrooms- both with King size beds) , three bathrooms total, a full laundry/mud room, and a 700 square foot great room.
This home sleeps 10 people and will be ideal for two families who want to vacation together and families who just want the additional space.
The two master suites each have a full bath and are very spacious. The Bunkroom will sleep four and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The great room in this house is very large with lots of windows. A gourmet kitchen with expansive granite counters and island, large dining table and stone fireplace complete this amazing room. Outside there is a charcoal grill.
At over 2,200 square feet plus another 400 square feet of decking this home is perfect for your next beach getaway!
Three night minimum in June. Weekly Saturday to Saturday rentals only for July/August. No Pets Allowed. No RV parking. Plenty of parking!
** Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay.
** Note: I send out a rental acknowledgment to sign electronically after a booking is made. It is very straightforward and simple, but if you would like a copy of the contract beforehand, just let me know! :-)

Summary: Everything about staying at this house was seamless and well thought out. From check-in to check-out, you can tell the owners made sure the house was in great condition and well stocked. The house layout is perfect for groups to spend time together or walk right on to the beach. We will be back!

Summary: We brought our children for spring break and the pictures don’t do it justice for how breathtaking the view is! The host is absolutely amazing and very responsive, which was a plus. The house was clean with extra linens and even though the town is small the mini mart is a very short drive for necessities. No one wanted to leave and we can’t wait to plan our next trip to return.

Summary: Perfect for our family reunion. Easy access to the beach, beautiful views of the bay and Pacific Ocean. 14 minutes to Tillamook, and quick drive to Oceanside. Would happily stay here again.

The Reunion was perfect for our older generations, with 3 in their 90's, because it is all on one level and has a beautiful beach front view. It was perfect for all of us to gather and play games and eat our meals. We had a Fabulous time and would highly recommend it to others.

Summary: Stayed several times never disappoints. One suggestion would be gas BBQ’s. Marked cleanliness as Ok because the last several years have noticed the bath and hand towels smell sour may need to buy new ones
