Summary: Good space apartment that was very clean and tidy. Unfortunately it was very very hot in Perpignan and being the 3rd floor with 1 fan my family and I struggled with the heat overnight. Good location for exploring the area.

Summary: We were disamayed to have to walk up 4 floors in 95 degree heat and arrive in s very hot apartment lacking air conditioning or even a fan. The amenities did not even include toilet paper so bring your own. No sheets or towels either, a problem for long distance travellers. When sheets were finally supplied they were for a single bed and Did not fit to a double bed. What we did have a lot of was cleaning instructions. The absentee owner wants one to do all the preparation for the next guest. Minor points: very difficult to find parking, no microwave nd no nearby food stores. As a result of this we left the apartment early...

Summary: Dear helen, thank you very much for a wonderful holiday in your apartment in Perpignan. The location is great- there was a fantastic French bakery 3 minutes away, nice bars and restaurants around the corner. We found a free parking space on the street and left the car there most of the time, getting on the bus to several beaches (OK –it was January!) We even went to Barcelona for one day! The apartment is bright and spacious- We woke up every morning in a good mood. Lovely and clean, well-equipped flat, felt really at home and will certainly come back again soon.
