Summary: This was a great place for the six of us to enjoy the white mountains. House was well located for getting to many locations for our hiking. House was clean, well supplied, and a great set up of bedrooms and bathrooms. A beautiful view of the mountains from the outside deck where we could also enjoy the night stars.

Summary: Our family has come to see Franconia Range view as a summer tradition. The location, views, privacy and peace and quiet cannot be beat. We love hanging on the deck, hiking out back to the river, or taking a ride to the many nearby attractions to have sum fun or enjoy nature. Some upgrades that would make this a 5 star property would be shades in the sleeping areas (sun kept the kids up at bedtime), a new dishwasher, and while an expensive addition, some mini split AC's as it can get really hot in this house in the summer.

Summary: Great location for “basecamp” for excursions to Mt Washington, Littleton, Mt Lafayette. Tons of great hikes close by. Quiet property, clean, great morning views. Outstanding extended weekend.

Summary: It is a lovely cabin in the middle of nowhere, perfect if you like hiking or snow sports. Cons: the cabin had a few dead bugs and some dog nose prints on some of the windows, the wifi connection was terrible, not much to do around town, and the couches were uncomfortable and outdated. Pros: beautiful wood stove, great getaway to relax and disconnect, close to hiking trails, close to ski/snow sport spots, the cabin overall was gorgeous, it was very roomy and had free wood if you wanted to start a fire. Overall I would rate it 4/5 stars, thank you for the great stay!

Summary: This is a well furnished Ski Cabin and summer vacation home. It has a great kitchen and gorgeous views. It has 2 nice bedrooms sleeping loft and a walkout dormitory with multiple convertible sofas. The entire interior is knotty pine. Negatives are, somewhat poor insulation, lack of any window shades, some difficulty with temperature control in different levels. Generally very satisfactory and we had a great time.

Summary: Very nice, private and quiet location. Convenient to Littleton and Franconia Notch. Cabin is nice and clean plenty of room. If you want a peaceful location near Franconia this is worth it. Note only issue is internet is not good - I could barely get online. Cell service is ok so you can outline via phone.

Summary: The house was wonderful. It is tucked in the mountains and has great views. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our large family. It was close to hiking spots. The town of Franconia is like a Norman Rockwell painting. Our stay provided a nice get a way from life.
