Summary: We moved into the property just before a large storm. The owner stopped by prior to our arrival and turned on the electric fireplace and set the thermostat to 70, so the house would be toasty when we arrived. She also laid out extra blankets in the bedrooms, so we would be warm while we slept. We communicated with her, via text, often during out stay. Minor things, like the wind during the storm broke the back screen door and that we had difficulty finding the trash bags for the bathroom. And, we were leaving, we verified some items about how she wanted the house "winterized", as the temperature was still below 20F. She always responded quickly and with a awesome attitude. The house itself was comfortable and well stocked. We cooked 3 or 4 meals during our stay and we had all the utensils and pans necessary. We will definitely be staying here again!

Summary: We were Grandpa, Grandma & 2 teenage grandkids. We were able to meet with the kids brother & Dad. We made breakfast & a couple suppers together, the kids played catch in the nice, big backyard. We drove to Branson to check it out one day. It was a great place to visit with family that lives in the area. The house was very clean & well kept, & perfectly described on the VRBO site. Thank you so much for having it available!! Dave & Jean

Summary: I found the inside of house up-to-date with amenities and clean, comfortable to stay. This worked to have my dog stay with us and good option if you do not want to stay at a river resort with other families or groups. If you want to go to the rivers in the area, build in time for driving.

Summary: Stayed just to get a change of scenery and couldn't have been happier! Quiet neighborhood, dead end street, close to an amazing park, the best backyard with hours of fun throwing little rocks in the creek. The house is nicely decorated, immaculate, and has every thoughtful thing you could need. I personally appreciated the efficient use if soace and the fireplace in the rainy days! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Summary: We enjoyed our time. The house was clean and fresh. We would stay here again. The only criticism we have is that the garage smelled of either dogs or cats. The pet odor was not noticable in the house.
