The caravan is located 2 minutes walk from the lovely sandy beach at Hopton Holiday Village, 1 minute walk to the kids play area and 5 minutes from the entertainment area.
Swift Bordeaux Exclusive 2 bedroom 6 berth 38x12 contemporary, stylish, innovative and spacious home has all the features for modern living. The luxury lounge with large screen TV, DVD player and PlayStation 3 console and games, comfortable sofa's and feature windows and patio doors onto front decking. A striking modern kitchen with large integrated fridge/freezer, separate dining area, lovely comfortable king size bed in master bedroom with en-suite with room for travel cot (travel cot also included if you should need it) and a twin bedroom with two comfy beds that can be pushed together if necessary, pull out double bed under large sofa in lounge, family practical bathroom with large shower to complete your holiday home experience.
If you were to book this caravan through Haven it would be a 'Platinum' grade but by booking with an owner you get so much more, this is a real home from home.
No pets or smoking are allowed in this caravan.
All lead guests must also be aged 21 or over.

The site is a Haven holiday caravan site: There is a great entertainment club with bars and nightly evening entertainment featuring groups, dancers, comedians etc. There are bingo sessions, amusement arcades, bowling, a crazy golf course, soft play area and indoor + outdoor swimming pools. The costume character Bradley Bear and his friends provide amusement and fun for children of all ages.
There is bike hire, indoor pool with flume slides. 9 hole 3 Par golf course, The Mash & Barrel restaurant provides good meals in comfortable, modern surroundings and has a well-stocked bar. There is a laundrette and convenience shop and food store.
Please be aware that to access the above facilities you’ll need to purchase entertainment passes which are available from the Haven reception.

Summary: We had a very comfortable stay in Ians mobile home, plus we had the best weather which made everything perfect, site and beach lovely and 5 mins to Great Yarmouth.

Summary: We had a great holiday, the caravan site easy to find, and in a lovely location with great facilities. The caravan, was clean and tidy, and although good value for money, was tired - the net curtains were torn and frayed, the main curtains had missing and broken curtain hooks, and some lights were not working. We visited a lot of the local area, Norwich and Great Yarmouth, and if we decided to return in the future, we would be happy reuse site.

Summary: Great accommodation very comfortable with lots of space, great location for day tripping, can't fault it. However it did not state on the owner's description that bed linen was not included, the photo's indicated otherwise, this had to be hired at a cost of £20,. The owner's description / photo's also indicated that the facilities such as the pool, restaurants, take-away stalls and entertainment are included. (We could not even access the bar on-site to buy a drink). This is not the case and a week-long family pass must be purchased which is an added expense of £100 as day-passes are not available,(we only stayed for three days).This should be expressed on the owner's description or removed from the photo album.
