Fully air conditioned as well as ceiling fans in bedroom & living room. Equipped with washer & dryer, fridge & stove, microwave, dishwasher & filtered drinking water system. Located in a secured gated complex with a year round heated pool, hot tub & fitness gym (all right next to condo). Lots of green space and outdoor gas BBQ grills. Assigned covered parking spot right in front of condo, extra visitor parking nearby. Fantastic location to sports venues, shopping, bars, restaurants, movie theatres and entertainment. As well, grocery stores, gas bars & fast food eateries all nearby. Close to NFL (Football Stadium), Westgate Entertainment District and Spring Training Baseball. NASCAR (Phoenix International Raceway), golf & hiking are roughly 20 to 30 minutes drive. Summary: The condo was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Great layout and spacious. Communication with the owners was excellent. Other residents were very friendly and offered suggestions for touring the area and recreational activities. (Hiking, golfing, etc.). We were surprised there was no recycling in the complex. Overall, this condo is highly recommended.

Summary: Dan and Patsy’s place was ideal for our month in Phoenix. Many essentials were already in the condo. There were plenty of towels, kitchen items and cleaning supplies. It was an easy drive to restaurants and stores. The exercise room and pool area were only steps away from our front door! We appreciated having such a comfortable place to stay!

Summary: The Condo is old and could use updating. The sinks have coffee stains that will never come out, and the counter has cut marks from someone not using a cutting board. In the bathroom, the sink and the tub has many chips in it. I'd fire your cleaning crew. I had to clean the floors, the counters, and the dishes before we could use them. The parking area is so narrow, that getting in and out of your car is very difficult. If you had anything in the back seat there was no way to get at it while parked.

Summary: Second time staying there and it's a very comfortable place to stay. Only complaint would be when you have to travel downtown the traffic is horrible. Planning on staying again.

Summary: The 1 bedroom condo was huge and well stocked. The location within the complex was great. Only a few steps to the pool and workout facility. The AC made the unit nice and cool in the 100+ degree temperatures that persisted while we were there. The location in Avondale is close to everything that you’d want to do in the Phoenix area.
