Welcome to our cozy guest house. Located in the middle of Amish country and minutes away from the village of Intercourse and kitchen kettle village. Within 10 miles of major attractions, dining and shopping. Dutch Wonderland, Sight & Sound Theater, Rockvale outlets and Tanger Outlets.
This is a ranch style home where everything is on one floor.
There is a master bedroom with a full private bath , 2 other bedrooms, the one has 2 twin beds and the other one a king size bed,and an additional full bathroom ,if you area light sleeper we have a sound machine in each bedroom to block out any noise, also a beautiful sunroom that has a pullout sofa and tv, and a family room with plenty of seating for everyone with a 48 inch tv for your entertainment.
Prepare delicious cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen before gathering around the adjacent dining area for a fun family dinner...
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer ,you will need to provide your own laundry soap. Also a built in ironing board.
Guests will also have access to a one car garage. there is a deck out back with a patio set and grill over looking a beautiful back yard.
We live in a beautiful neighborhood and have Amish living next door.Horse and buggies drive our road daily and you might possibly get to see them working in a field close by.
The house is surrounded by a big beautiful yard for you and your children to enjoy.
My husband and I live near by and would be happy to assist you in anyway.

Summary: We enjoyed staying out in the country in Lancaster County. House had everything we needed and very clean. Plenty of space. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Convenient laundry, grill, multiple sitting spaces, well equipped kitchen, garage for 1 car if needed. Nice yard for summer fun. On a main road, easy to get everywhere. Looking forward to our next stay!

Summary: This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house was extremely clean with all the amenities we could ask for, and was spacious and extremely comfortable. Beautiful views and we enjoyed watching the horse and buggies and even got to see a local farmer plow the field next door with a team of mules. The house was also situated close to all the major attractions in the Lancaster area. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Summary: We were going to be in the vicinity to see a couple shows and decided to get a VRBO. This house was in a good location without being too close to the busy areas. The house was clean, and very roomy. Communication with owner couldn't have been better. I had a couple of questions, and they were answered very quickly. We definitely would stay again!

Summary: We so appreciated our time in this lovely, comfortable home. We truly had everything we needed - a well-stocked kitchen, a nice, open layout, and beautifully decorated sitting areas from which to enjoy the views. Naomi was always available to answer our questions. This was a perfect setting for rest, relaxation, and good family time. We are grateful for Naomi's hospitality!

Summary: My friends and I had an amazing experience at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated everything was. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which was a huge plus. The location was ideal—close to all the major tourist attractions, making it easy for us to get around and see the sights.
