Summary: A pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood. It is about a 40-45 min train ride into London. You can catch a local bus to the train station fairly easy or get an uber to take you there in only about 10 min. There is a store for basics and a good fish, chip, chicken place withing walking distance. Entry was easy and it was nice all having separate bedrooms and a full kitchen.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. The communication with the owner was great. We had a smooth check in/out process. The property was a great location for us. Only a short walk to the Harry Potter studios which was the main part of our visit. We were a short walk to the local shops which had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning in the future and would 100% recommend.

Summary: We had a lovely stay in the house, it has everything we needed for our family trip and it was perfect spot to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which is only 5 minute drive down the road.

Summary: We had a wonderful family holiday here. Eustace was extremely helpful and the property is very well maintained and clean. It was the perfect size for us as a family of 5. Would highly recommended and stay here again in the future.

Summary: We had an excellent few days at the property. Great location with easy access to motorways and major roads set in a quiet residential area. Spacious and very comfortable accommodation. Equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dish washer and washer/drier. Communication with host was faultless. Would recommend.

Summary: The house is a little bigger than I thought from the photos and our family of five enjoyed a comfortable stay. You can hear the distant sound of the motorway from the bedrooms with the windows open, but this didn't disturb our sleep (we're used to living in a quiet rural location) and the house is in a very quiet and nice suburban area. The drive to Watford Junction Station and travelling by express train (not stopping Overground train) into central London takes about 45 minutes, so this a great place to stay for days trips into London. The owner quickly replied to messages and even kindly and quickly came to rescue me when I inadvertently locked myself in the front porch! We would stay here again if visiting the area again.
