Summary: I could go on a tangent about how poor this property was compared to other properties, but i do know that the day we were checking out, there was a construction worker there to do some renovations. So I will assume that they just hadn't got around to fixing up the property before my stay. Check google street view also. I should have done more research.

Summary: The beds seemed new and comfortable. Lots of nice towels. The bathrooms were awful with black stuff in the showers and black electrical tape and 2x4s holding up the sink! Coffeemaker and no coffee pot. So disappointing!

Summary: Good stay overall! The downstairs bathroom is a little rough and it could use a little tlc.. but otherwise we were happy! It was definitely big enough for all 8 of us

Summary: The nice part about this property is you can bring your dogs. It needs some TLC and yard clean up for sure, but it was a great location for us. There was a little delay in getting the checkin info which was frustrating and made our group late for a concert, but other than that we had a great stay.

Summary: We stayed here for a trip to visit family and see an event at University of Denver. Yes it’s a busy street but there is plenty of room In driveway to turn around so you can leave without backing up. The beds and linens were new and clean. We had plenty of clean towels to use for the duration of our stay. We loved the floor plan and the early risers on the main floor did not disturb the family who were sleeping on the basement level. The host Jeff was available for us if we needed anything. Our two pups were able to enjoy the property as well. We cooked a complete family dinner for 10 people and it was a success! Had a wonderful time in Denver. We will definitely be returning and using a Jeff property!
