Summary: The host was super nice and the space was great. I must say it was not what I expected. I assumed we would have our own private entry and it took us about 20minutes to figure out we needed to use the front door. Once that was figured out I was surprised to see that someone lives there so we had to be quiet. When we got to our area in the basement I was blown away. Heated tiles in the bathroom with a waterfall shower. Living area, all the things needed in the kitchen, a comfy bed and a TV that works! It was perfect. The hot tub was perfect temp and they had wood in the fire pit for us. So, it wasn't what we expected but everything we wanted. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Summary: We LOVED our stay. We were a bit nervous at first because in someone’s basement can be scary and personal but they were so welcoming and kind it felt like we were at home.

Summary: We loved staying here at this Vrbo! The owners are super friendly people and we absolutely loved their sheepadoodles!! Felt like home away from home! Perfect for our 6 day stay. Easy to access, cute neighborhood, would highly recommend to anyone staying near Denver!

Summary: Kaylene and Thayne did everything possible to make sue our stay was enjoyable. The location was central to all the activities we desired. Summary: The owners welcomed us very warmly and then allowed us our space. The rental was clean, homely, and comfortable with multiple televisions. The bathroom was spacious with a nice (but cold since there's no door) shower. The rental space is the basement of the owners home, with the bedroom beneath their kitchen. Due to this, we could hear them quite loudly. This did end rather quicky and there were no problems with noise while sleeping.

Summary: We came to golf in the area from Ontario. The house was a perfect locale as Arrowhead was the destination. House was comfortable and sauna and jacuzzi were nice to have after the exercise of the day. Owners were more than gracious and courteous. We were treated like family. Thanks.
