Summary: Excellent room for the money. clean, although the bath needs a little renovation. the location is excellent. metro and shop nearby. We lacked a cupboard for things, sugar and oil for frying. We are planning to return in February!

Summary: I had the best time at this accommodation during my first visit to Milan. I was messaged by the host in the morning of my arrival—he also offered to let me check in early as the property was ready. When we arrived, he was waiting outside and we were able to check in easily and he explained all the details of our property. I felt comfortable and confident in my stay there. The property itself is in a phenomenal location, with plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets around. It’s a quiet and residential area that feels safe and welcoming. It is a direct walk from the Duomo (28 min walk) and also has a metro station a stone’s throw away. It’s well connected and great for the price. We had a lot of options when deciding how to get around the city. The apartment is beautiful and completely renovated. It has all the necessary amenities (toilet roll, towels, hand soap, plates, pots, cutlery, TV, speaker, wifi, sheets, a pull out couch, table with chairs, walk-in closet, fridge with complimentary water and ice). It’s very clean and has a lot of space for upto 4 guests to stay comfortably.

Summary: Very good communication and you are made aware of situation as you head to Milan. Someone will greet you and show you around. We had Davide who was brilliant and helpful. The apartment is lovely, modern and spacious. Ideally located with bars and restaurants very close by as well as supermarket, tram/metro. Would recommend.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed the property. However, a couple of items would have made it better. For those arriving by rental car, it would be nice to identify in the listing what parking garage to use and the approximate rate/day to park there. That was very confusing and difficult for us upon our arrival to the location, but we were able to work with our host via What’s App and figured it out. The parking attendant tried to over charge us initially until I pushed back, then he gave us the correct posted rate of 31 Euro/day. The other area that would have improved our stay would be to have basic toiletries available in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have basic hand soap for the bathroom sink and/or body wash for the shower. We only had two very small bottles of shampoo. Also, dish soap in the kitchen would be helpful. Overall, for the 3 days we were there the apartment was fine for us.

Summary: We recently stayed here for 3 nights and it is a beautiful, new, clean, gorgeous apartment that is in a great location. The host met us at the property and showed us around and gave us tips of places to go. I will definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Milan! I highly recommend this beautiful loft!
