Completely renovated with all modern amenities, our garden level apartment is located on a tree lined street in one of Brooklyn's best neighborhoods.
Only one block from great restaurants and shops. 10 min subway ride to downtown Manhattan.
The apartment has a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, open plan living/dining room, washer and dryer. Bedroom has a queen size bed and opens onto a back patio. A small den off the bedroom can accommodate a crib or a blow-up bed.

Summary: The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. It was quiet, even though the owners and family live upstairs. The neighborhood was wonderfully walkable and has very good shopping and dining opportunities. There are two nearby subway stops which provide quick transport to Manhattan. I hope to rent this apartment for any future visits.

Summary: I absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean, modern, and spacious. The owners set up a pack and play for my toddler, and even though she was technically in the same room as me (bedroom) for sleep, the little nook gave us enough space that we didn't interfere with one another's sleep. Although there are still steps going down into the apartment, and there is a gate plus two doors to get in, it was much easier to manage getting in and out than a walkup with a 2yo. They left helpful recommendations for everything from restaurants to grocery stores to a pediatrician open 7 days/week. Having a washer and dryer is an incredible bonus in a NY apartment. I am already planning my family's second stay for next year. Highly recommend.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jana's place. Located on a lovely street. Close to shopping and restaurants. Apartment is so clean and comfortable. Check in and out were easy. We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole stay.

Summary: Everything about the property was excellent! Check in was easy and all instructions provided were clear and concise. Apartment was clean and bright, well stocked with clean linens and bath supplies. Jana left lots of info about nearby places and we enjoyed going to a few of them during our stay. Location was in the middle of a very quiet street yet only a 2 minute walk from great food and shopping. WiFi/Cable TV worked perfectly. Citibikes at the end of the street or only a few minutes to nearest subway. Uber/Lyft or just walking around the area also quick and easy. Overall, I’d highly recommend and would definitely be happy to stay here again on my next visit!
