Summary: We came for a visit with our son and grandchildren, it was convenient to catch up with them! I lived in Waxahachie, for numerous years (ran a kitchen ministry there) so it was not far for us to travel to church. However, the only complaint was that the shower was not hot enough practically Luke warm. Not a comfortable shower and the grill out back was dirty we cleaned it. But I would definitely come back!

Summary: Over all this is a nice property. Older property, nice gated community. TV takes some work to get used to. Kitchen stocked with some essentials, spices, sugar, coffee and filters, which was very nice. I will say a larger comforter on the bed would be nice. Hard to share. We enjoyed our stay

Summary: David & Maia are wonderful hosts. This was our second stay at their condo and we hope to go back again next year. The new shower was a fabulous addition. We were in a great location, close to restaurants & all shopping. The condo looks like the pictures. We had everything we needed for a great visit with our daughter.
