Casita Topaz is ideally suited to a couple or a small family.
'Topaz' is an 'open concept' (no bedroom door) design and sleeps 4 with a comfy king in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. We have tried to make your stay as tranquil and enjoyable as possible, including a 'safe' to lock up your valuables. We love Mexico and the authentic Mexican feel and have decorated the Casita/Condo with traditional fabrics (Otomi embroidery), bright colours and Mexican Arte. Our Condo is not your typical 'beige' hotel room.
The Resort our Condo is part of is an 'Insider Knowledge' quaint and luxurious resort, with a beautiful Boutique Hotel & Spa in the prestigious Los Cabos Corridor area of Mexico. We fell in love with this Resort many years ago as it brings an authentic traditional Mexican feel to the holiday, unlike many Resorts that seem 'just like home' but with better weather and sand! When we travel, we want to experience the culture, food and traditions of the area we are visiting!
The Exclusive 'Casa del Mar' is ideally located between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas and is part of a secure gated ocean front development that contains beautiful grounds, 6 swimming pools, restaurants, sports bar, gift shop, spa, hot tub, tennis courts and a gorgeous quiet beach. There is a PGA rated golf course (Cabo Real), 5 minutes away. You have full access to the hotel restaurants, bar, spa, hotel wifi, pool towels and concierge services. There is a $10/day charge for use of the Fitness Room. Guests find the use of Concierge Services particularly helpful for printing boarding passes, not to mention all the other services the wonderful Concierges provide!
Casita Topaz is conveniently located and accessible via the local bus system, taxis, Uber or rental cars. It is between the funky, quaint and quiet town of San Jose del Cabo to the north and the energetic town of Cabo San Lucas to the south. In San Jose del Cabo, there are many shops and two big North American style grocery stores (La Comer and Chedrui) and Cabo San Lucas has even more shopping options. Very close to the Resort is the new El Merkado, a covered open air market including a wine shop, amazing gelato and many dining options to eat in or take away as well as La Comer Fresko, a larger supermarket.

Summary: I really hope to get back to this condo one day. First trip to Cabo was everything we could have wanted and all thanks to this wonderful booking. The condo itself is perfection and dealing with Zoey was so simple and worry-free. The Zoetry property is stunning and so beautifully maintained.

Summary: Very easy to get to; perfectly placed between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas. 2nd floor allowed for an unobstructed view to the ocean. There is an elevator but easier to use the stairs. The condo had everything we could have needed! The bed was very comfortable and the ceiling fan puts off enough circulation so we didn't have to use the AC very much at all. The property is gated, was beautifully landscaped, and pretty quiet with the exception of some renovations in nearby units. Being able to use the pool at the hotel was nice but we spent majority of our time using the cabanas by the beach! Grocery stores and other shops are close too. Communication with the host was excellent!! The unit comes with a large balcony and we really enjoyed opening the sliding doors but keeping the screens closed in the evenings so we could listen to the waves but kept out any unwanted guests :) The best thing was arriving to the guac, salsa, and Topo Chico! Hands down the best VRBO experience I've had to date!

Summary: Absolutely a gorgeous property and the unit was beautifully stocked with everything we needed and more! The staff was friendly and gave excellent service! The restaurants were all amazing! You truly do not need to leave the property if you don't want to! Grocery store was 5 mins away. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed! We highly recommend this property!

Summary: From start to finish, Zoey and Wayne were amazing hosts. I can't say enough about their hospitality and care. They were thorough and timely in all communications and provided great tips to help make the most of local resources and the outlying area. The condo was lovely, conveniently located on the resort property and was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay..down to the welcome chips, guacamole and cold beverages upon our arrival. The Casa Del Mar property was just right for us too..a quiet, boutique resort right on the beach with a variety of activities offered and multiple pools to enjoy. We walked to the swimmable beach, got massages on the beach in front of a nearby resort, visited the Friday farmers market/ shops at Pamilla, had groceries delivered the day we arrived - all at Zoey's recommendation and were not disappointed. We arrived exhausted and left refreshed and renewed. Will definitely come back!

Summary: The bed is the most comfortable I’ve slept in away from home. Very cute and comfortable condo- short walk from the ocean, pool, and amazing restaurants. The servers/staff are excellent.
