Positive: This is a lovely place to stay. It has everything you need in a well organised space. The bed is very comfortable, a great shower and the kitchen has all that you need. It's also very quiet. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend it.

Positive: A lovely, comfortable, very clean apartment in a great location. Sally is a superb host who provides many basics for your holiday plus welcome goodies - fresh bread and home made chocolate cake were there on my arrival.

Positive: Sally is the perfect host, friendly, welcoming, helpful and available, whilst not the slightest bit intrusive. No fuss, very relaxed. She clearly cares a lot about providing a really good experience. The studio is well equipped, and tastefully furnished. We had a delightful stay in a lovely place, perfect for exploring the area, and some fantastic food and drink options on the doorstep.
Negative: There is absolutely nothing I'd complain of, completely satisfied. We needed budget accommodation, and knew we were getting a small studio apartment. Although bed, kitchen, dining and living areas are all in one space, it didn't feel cramped. However, being in our 60's, neither of us being great sleepers, one of us being 6'4" - on top of doing some long walks - all meant the standard double bed was a bit of a challenge (we have a much wider bed at home). I wouldn't expect Sally to be able to do anything about this, for the very reasonable price she charges. And this difficulty wouldn't trouble many people. But if similar factors affect your sleep, it's sensible to be prepared. We had such a wonderful couple of days, that we coped OK with some sleep deprivation (used to it anyway).

Positive: Fabulous studio, very comfortable, had everything you needed even a small outside space and right in the heart of Porlock, a lovely town with pubs , eataries and local shops. Also there was free parking very nearby. Great base to explore North Devon with many walks direct from your door, would highly recommend.
