Positive: Great location, 3 min walk to the bus to Edinburgh. Excellent accommodation with useful items available in the kitchen. Also close to Queensferry for a variety of restaurants and pubs with great views - 10 minute drive at most.

Positive: The house is comfortable and charming, in a quiet, secluded location that is, however, very close to a bus stop. It is close to the airport, but we had no problems with planes overhead. The bus provided easy transport into Edinburgh for the Fringe Festival, and the house was a wonderful place to return to after a full day of theatre. It was clean, the hosts were friendly and helpful. The WiFi had a strong signal (much appreciated).

Summary: Beautiful comfortable house. Friendly hosts and good wifi. Would happily stay again!

Negative: Two of our group that we're in the twin bedroom mentioned that they found the single bed mattresses a little uncomfortable.
