Positive: The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy. The toilet was nice and well maintained.

Negative: I booked a room that was shown as available on Booking.com, but upon arrival, told there were no rooms left. This was quite frustrating and unexpected. In the end, I had to pay additional charges beyond what was originally listed during booking, which was disappointing.
