Positive: Coziness, hot tub, peaceful, wildlife. Sitting in the hot tub at night was beautiful to watch the stars and listen to the night sounds.
Negative: Problems with microwave/ electricity in kitchen. Very scary! We called in the problem and was told over the phone how to fix it. It worked for a bit but then went out again. Told the operator/ maintenance person they have an electrical problem. The dish washer was clogged so we cleaned the drain in the bottom, I don't think the cleaning staff had ever cleaned it. Photo in comments! Also in the description it doesn't state how steep and scary those stairs are to the loft area. Oh and watch your head at the top!! My husband was not happy hitting his head. If you have to get up to use the bathroom during the night don't sleep in the loft.

Positive: Great place, good things in the kitchen, had everything we needed. Loved the patio and dog supplies! The hot tub was also great and the neighborhood was nice.

Positive: Location was great. So close to the welcome center and shop for food. Convenient for Sisters and exploring! Perfect size for our stay. Great space. Kitchen, Floors and bathrooms were clean! That’s a huge plus!
Negative: Some of the areas need a deep dusting. Lights (bathroom one had alot of cobwebs) around windows (cobwebs). Chemicals in hot tub were extremely potent, we didn’t use. I wish it was listed as a ladder type of stairs for the loft. They were too steep for younger child.
Summary: Loved this space, exactly like the pictures and conveniently close to the welcome area!

Negative: The heat in the main room did not work. With the high temp being 2 degrees one day, we could not get the indoor temp higher than 59.
