Positive: Such a nice boutique hotel -amazing staff, Baha was extremely helpful -we’ve been allowed to check in earlier -rooms were modern, beautiful design and very clean. - breakfast was absolutely fantastic Highly recommend to anyone.

Positive: We really enjoyed staying at Luff! The team was helpful and friendly, the room is spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast is delicious and nutritious, coffee at the cafe was good.
Summary: I’d improve cleaning a bit, because we had a feeling the room was cleaned looong before our arrival.

Positive: Property was impeccable, beautiful decoration, extra clean space, breakfast was incredible with yummy food and variety every morning (fresh baked goods everyday). The staff was so lovely, warm and nice. They helped us with all our baby requests and were so warm and welcoming. Baha helped us with our next stay recommending Cirali as a location which we were extremely happy with as an alternative to Kas. Him and the other staff members were extremely nice, helpful and kind. The room is very spacious, we had fresh towels and cleaning everyday and an outstanding view from our room. The location was WAW in the middle of the small charming streets of Kas few seconds from the best restaurants and shops of the town. 2min to the waterfront and 10min to the best beaches of the area. I would go back anytime! I was very impressed with everything they offered, the space, the food, the service, etc.
Negative: The bed mattress is a bit soft and the bed was slightly smaller than a queen size bed. The sheets were not the softest but honestly it doesn’t take away from our incredible stay!
Summary: Unforgettable stay! Charming boutique hotel with incredible service, staff, location and a very delicious breakfast! 10&

Negative: The girl who did breakfast really look like everyone owes her.. no basic sense of service at all, ..travel all around Turkey twice in the last 9years, this is the least hospitable staff I have ever experienced . Plusssss, the room has no facial tissues no cups no plates no spoons no tea/coffee maker / no amenity kit， we have to almost ask staff to provide every essential we need in the first night 😂 And last but the most important thing, the suite has very bad smell from the toilet !!!!!!!!! We have to close the bathroom door to prevent from smelling it!!! Price wise!! I am not happy of what I pay for here !

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at Luff Suites. It was nicely done up in a modern, simple style, which I found both aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Other things worth mentioning : the bed was very comfortable, there were lots of mirrors and an iron (both rare these days !), the TV had Netflix… The balcony was bathed in sunlight at all hours of the day (there’s shade too, if that is what you prefer). The breakfast was exceptional. Not only was there a wide selection bought directly to your table, but all the produce was incredibly fresh and tasty. I can’t even remember the last time I had that level of quality in a hotel breakfast. It was also incredibly clean - I actually asked when Luff Suites had been opened, expecting it to be recently, when in fact it’s been four years. Location is also convenient - you are right in the center and close to all places of interest : just a couple of strides from the Old Town; 5 minutes from the sea in one direction, a Lycian tomb in another, the bus station for local connections… There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around. Staff was friendly and attentive, and very kindly upgraded me to a suite on arrival.

Positive: it's a very nice hotel. Good location! It’s close to the beach, bus station, town centre and restaurants but it is quiet. Very good staff as well. Nice experience .
