Positive: A very clean apartment in a quiet location, equipped with everything you need. There’s a coffee machine with a few coffee capsules provided — a nice touch. We stayed just for one night, so we didn’t try the stove or cooktop, but everything else was great. You can easily drive up to the entrance to unload your luggage. Upon request, the host will send you clear instructions on how to access the parking garage. The parking space is spacious — I had no issues parking my Mazda CX-5 SUV. If you plan to walk into the center of Lugano, keep in mind that the way back is uphill. But there’s a funicular you can take, which helps a lot. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It’s an ideal stopover spot to rest, explore Lugano’s city center, and would also be great for a longer stay.

Positive: The location within 3 minutes from the train station was perfect for communication and exploring the city. Free parking is a huge bonus. Nomingoo was very friendly and helpful with helping us with booking a cave restaurant in Lugano. We enjoyed our stay in this clean and well equiped kitchen. Comfortable bed and good WiFi.
Negative: Cannot think of anything.

Positive: Great location 8 minutes from train station, 4 minutes if you walk through some stairs which are 100 feet from the apartment you will get to the station faster. Clean sheets and great tv helped during our stay. Very quiet and good for sleeping. Bad was ok. You can see several details that shows the owner cars.
Negative: Some infiltration in the living room so the kids did not enjoy the smell.

Positive: The property was spacious, modern and comfortable. Close proximity to the rail station. Communication with the host was easy. Fabulous view from the garden area at the back of the property.
Negative: Whilst the property is close to the rail station it is up many stairs. This was somewhat difficult for us as we had large heavy suitcases and backpacks.
