Summary: Wir wurden freundlich ... empfangen. Sehr sauber geputzte Wohnung, einfach eingerrichtet, aber es hat alles was man braucht. Für und war das Bett etwas niedrig, da wir schon etwas älter sind, viel das aufstehen etwas schwer.

Summary: Het is even 7 autominuten 'de berg op', maar daar krijg je ook wat voor. Het Utoring Mote Bré appartementen complex ligt mooi, heeft een klein formaat (4x10?) zwembad en leuke terrassen met zicht op het Luganomeer en naam-gevende stad. De appartementen zijn van verschillende eigenaren. Wij waren met z'n 2en en hadden daarom een twee persoons type gehuurd. Alle basisvoorzieningen zitten er keurig in; een kleine refreshment lijkt ons inmiddels op z'n plaats.

Summary: Die Wohnung war im dritten Stock. Die Austattung war sehr gut gewesen. Es hat eigentlich an nichts gefehlt. Ärgernis ist der Parkplatz der bezahlt werden muss. 10 Franken pro Tag sind in meinen Augen nicht gerade wenig und erhöhen die Kosten der Mietwohnung beträchtlich. (60 CHF zusätzlich).

Summary: Tolle Lage, gute Zufahrt, Appartement sehr schön, renoviert, schön und praktisch möbliert, geräumig, Balkon mit toller Aussicht, Küche gut ausgestattet, Bad schön und zweckmässig (Minuspunkt: die Lüftung funktionierte nicht). Alles war sauber. Wir waren begeistert, dass es einen geheizten Swimmingpool hatte. Leider war in diesem viel zu viel Chlor drin. Der Geruch war kaum mehr aus den Badekleidern herauszubringen.
