Positive: The property has a wonderful garden and view. The building is quite old and has a lot of old world charm. The owners and Joshua were very pleasant to interact with.

Negative: Sleeping quarters are on the top floor, the owners live on the second floor and the living quarters are on the bottom floor. It was quite inconvenient to have to take an elevator up and down every time we needed to go from one part of the house to another. The wood burning fireplace smells very strong. The odor permeates the entire first floor and can be quite unpleasant especially on a hot day when one cannot open the windows. Hoping it’s not harmful for health.

Positive: A charming greeting by the hosts. The beautiful views from the rooms over the valleys and countryside. The thoughtful appointments in the bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen. Such a pretty garden for an alfresco evening as the sun went down. The elevator to the upstairs rooms was wonderful with the luggage. Walk in showers were really appreciated.

Negative: The high degree of superb personal touches left nothing to be wished for. Everything for our enjoyment had been considered by Flaminia and Dario. We just couldn't find a single thing to fault this perfection.

Summary: A delightful and happy stay in a Utopian setting made us smile with the generosity we experienced.

Positive: Absolutely exceptional stay that exceeded expectations. The hosts were wonderful and the property was so nice, well maintained, and had beautiful views. The fireplace and pizza oven were a real highlight and the kitchen was excellent too. I hope to come back some day and stay again!

Positive: Everything was amazing! We were greeded by the owners at arrival with prosecco and cake. And the sweetest host Joshua, who was availble to help with anything we needed. The house is a dream - just wow! The view from the bedroom is breathtaking.

Negative: Aircon is only in bedrooms - not living room/kitchen. The owners went out to by a fan for the living room and it helped a lot. But we also had very hot days mid july.
