Negative: Not very clean, super noisy as the place is on the main road. We could not sleep at night at all. The poorest breakfast we have ever had. I should give them even less that 5 stars, but I give them 5 as the staff was kind. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Positive: The grounds are spacious, well decorated, and the staff is wonderful! We had dinner on site twice and the food was delicious... some of the best food and wine pairings in the region! The rooms were comfortable, we loved the pool and hot tub, and the location is close to lots of wineries.
Negative: There was some traffic noise from the street that we could hear from our room.

Positive: Nicely laid out with gardens and a pool. Spacious rooms Good breakfast and can have dinner in house if needed. Maurizio was very helpful arranging wine tours.
