Positive: Location is remote but easy to get to a city center by car within 10 minutes. Apartment is spacious.
Negative: We do not mind used apartments or hotel rooms, but this apartment was not well maintained nor well cleaned on the top. I found hair and dust in the bathroom, I think no one has ever clean below the toilet, sink nor behind the washing machine machine. Sheets are grey which I find very weird in an apartment as well, those should be white. Sofa in the living room is extremely uncomfortable, so I would not recommend anyone sleeping there. Also, there are stains on the sofa (the part which was not unfolded), which was truly disgusting. In the kitchen, chopping board was missing completely. No proper glasses for water, only alcohol. Not enough cups. No manual for dishwasher. You are told to take out the trash but no manual where are the bins outside. I think the main reason why you book this apartment is price, but at the moment we would rather pay twice as much than stay in here again.

Positive: The Lundur apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Although it is located about 5–10 km by car from downtown Reykjavík, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which makes the stay easier. The space was spacious, with a large bedroom and a very comfortable, clean bed. The bathroom was big and practical, including a washer and dryer, which is very convenient for longer stays. The kitchen and dining area were modern and cozy, with direct access to a terrace that added to the overall comfort. The key code system worked perfectly and was available from 3 pm, making check-in simple and stress-free.
Negative: Although the Lundur apartment was spacious and conveniently located outside Reykjavík, we experienced some issues during our stay. When we arrived, the indoor temperature was only 16°C, which felt cold and unwelcoming. We tried to raise it to 22°C, but the heating system was very slow and was controlled by the owner, which limited our comfort. As a result, we often felt cold inside the apartment, which was a significant downside to the experience.

Positive: The property is quite new, comfortable. Double glazed windows make it quiet and warm. Bedding is clean, cozy and extremely comfortable. The street in front of the apartment has a few restaurants, an Asian market and Bonus, very convenient for families. The wash+dry washing machine makes travelling much easier. Love this place, highly recommended! I actually booked a few nights on top of this one.
Negative: Nothing, everything is exceptional.
