Positive: The host Juan was awesome. The apartment was huge. The location is excellent. From walking distance to a beautiful beach. Super quiet street. We felt very safe. Close to shops and local bars and restaurants.

Negative: Cash only. But I understand why. Credit cards charge high fees and these are Mom and Pop owned.

Positive: Rooms are big and spacious. Good location, right next to the beach front. Grocery store around the corner, and nice coffee shop.

Negative: It's very hard to find the address, and owners wasn't able to provide good directions. It needs like photo instructions. Because Google doesn't know where it is located. Place is old and needed renovations. At least new set of bedsheets, sofa, fresh paint. Internet was slow.

Summary: Big and spacious, but in need of renovation.

Positive: This is Jackie and her family from Caguas, PR. We been stayed at several airbnbs, but this buy far one of the in best the we have stayed. The host very helpful and knowledgable about area. The house was clean roomy and you felt at home with the relaxing decor..We will definately be back!!!!
