Completely refurbished apartment in 2018 with wind-protected south-facing balcony and air conditioning, only 100 meters from the main beach. The south-facing apartment "Lüttjer Strandloper" is the perfect home for 2 people. It is located in the second row directly below the beach promenade on the ground floor of the house "De Strandloper" and is only a few steps (about 100 m) from the main beach.
"Lüttjer Strandloper" is the Low German name for the dwarf sandpiper, which is a regular migratory bird on Wangerooge.
The bright, friendly apartment consists of an open living and sleeping area with modern fitted kitchen, comfortable sofa and comfortable double bed.
Meals are served at the window seat on the north side of the apartment. With the window open, you can hear the sound of the sea just a few meters away in the North Sea.
Relaxation options are provided by smart TV, listening to music via radio, CD or MP3 or by reading a nice book.
The 2018 fully refurbished apartment is completed by a sheltered, covered south-facing balcony with almost all-day sunshine potential. Whether at breakfast or in the evening with a good glass of wine - so can enjoy the Wangerooge holiday extensively.
This apartment is a Non smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
On request, we are happy to provide a cot and a high chair for our younger guests. A stroller may be taken into the apartment.

Summary: Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage ist richtig gut, über den Damenpfad ist man in zwei, drei Minuten am Strand, gerne auch barfuß (Tipp: Strandkorb im Bereich F oder G mieten). Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!!!

Summary: In diesem kleinen Appartment fing der Urlaub schon direkt gut an. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass der Balkon zur Straßenseite hin mit einer schön dicht bewachsenen Hecke beplanzt ist. So braucht man nicht jeden, der vorbeikommt zu grüßen. Der Strand sowie das Innenstädtchen mit Gastronomie befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten einen einen wunderbaren ruhigen Urlaub!

Summary: Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr gute Lage, aber trotzdem ruhig. Die große Fensterfront kann man gut verdunkeln. W-LAN ist super.

Summary: In Kurz: Eine süße kleine Ferienwohnung in super Lage mit allem was man braucht. In Lang: Wir haben eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und hatten einfach eine schöne Zeit. Die im Parterre gelegene Wohnung bietet zwar keinen Blick aufs Meer, aber der Strand ist nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Die Einzimmerwohnung ist zwar klein, aber mit Toaster, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffee- und Spülmaschine in der Küche und Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller sehr gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet und dafür nicht zu teuer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Summary: Moin! Wir waren schon mehrfach auf Wangerooge und zum zweiten mal haben wir im Lüttjer Strandlooper gewohnt, was mehrere Gründe hat. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für uns optimal. In der Wohnung ist es sehr leise und das, obwohl man in einer Minute an der Einkaufsstraße und am Pudding ist und wenig später unten am Strand. Wenn man das Küchenfenster geöffnet lässt, kann man das Meer hören - ideal um entspannt einzuschlafen :-) Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, alles was man braucht ist da und in gepflegtem, teilweise neuwertigen, Zustand. Kleine Details sorgen in der Wohnung für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir werden sicher diese Wohnung noch mehrfach buchen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf die Zeit auf der Insel. Besten Dank an das Team von Immo-Oog - schnell, zuvorkommend und zuverlässig!

Summary: Alles top! Im Bett das Rauschen des Meeres hören zu können ist schon klasse. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das Einzige was uns fehlte war ein Backofen oder mit der vorhandenen Microwelle die Möglichkeit aufbacken zu können. Sonst war wirklich alles, auch der Service vor Ort, bestens! Gerne kommen wir wieder.
