Summary: This property is fantastic. It is very updated, with all the amenities you'd hope to have. The location is literally steps away from the Drake University campus and the Drake Diner. The furnishings and beds are super comfortable and convenient. And the manager was very accommodating and responsive to our needs! I seriously doubt you can find a better option!

Summary: Very clean and comfortable home located in a great area of Des Moines. Plenty of room for the 4 of us! Kitchen was perfectly stocked! Loved the front porch!! Parking on the street was never a problem. Walked to Black Cat Ice Cream & Drake’s Diner. So good!! Property manager was super accommodating! If we visit the area again, we would love to stay here again!

Summary: This house is spotless and beautifully decorated! Every room has been fully redone and updated. The neighborhood is quiet with ample street parking right outside the house. Great communication with the owner. I highly recommend and hope the house is available the next time we're in town
