Summary: Very good location for a family holiday near Athina. Landlords Yiannis, Irene and house Manager Cyndi were so friendly and more than helpful with everything. The house is very spatious, beautiful and very well equipped. We did not miss a thing! Beach, bakery&cafe, supermarket and traditional tavernes nicely close.

Summary: We rented this property for 9 nights in mid of August 2019. We arrived from Athens airport by rented car and we were met as per instructions, close to the property and we were guided directly to the place - very convenient. It takes around 25-30 minutes to drive form airport, which is super convenient as well. House is located in residential area, so no heavy traffic was heard or noticed and you can feel real vibe of locals. House was very clean (spotless) - the house condition exceeded our expectation by mile! 5*!!! In addition, there were some snacks, juices and some other stuff for breakfast and few beers in the fridge as welcome pack. Super nice touch and very very nice way to start your holidays :) You can park you car in front of the property, also there is parking space ~30m from the gate, so no issues here as well. All rooms have air conditioning + every window/balcony door has mosquito net, so you can choose the way to cool the house in the hot summer. Property is very spacious, it has 2 bathrooms (downstairs and upstairs), which are very clean, so there's absolutely no issues here as well. It also has 2 double + one single bedrooms. There's free wifi, covering whole house and outside - very convenient, as you have two terraces to sit outside. Both has sea view - perfect place for calm evenings or breakfast outside. Yiannis provided superb hospitality, there was a watsapp group created for quick communication (he asked for the most convenient communication form with us in advance) and he was responding to any questions or requests within a moment of asking, which is really impressive and we felt full attention from him. There are few beaches within walking distance, however we opted to drive (although, if wanted - reachable by foot) to Artemis Beach - superb fine sand beach (both onshore and sea bed!!) where you can rent sun beds, umbrellas and even have attentive people who are ready to serve with drinks and food (Souvlaki + Pizza on the beach? YES PLEASE!!!) There were beach towels provided by the property as well Overall, it is a superb house, super clean, and super comfortable, with everything we could (and even couldn't) to expect and we are definitely consider to come back to the same place next year! The best place to experience real Greece! Yiannis - many thanks for the superb hospitality and your house - you set the bar so high, that I think it would be extremely difficult to surpass.
