This highly rated custom built 3400 sq ft single level private home, with 5 star amenities, 5 bedrooms with two masters incl 900 sq ft guest house, and 4 bath, sleeps 13 comfortably in beds with total of 10 beds. All included.
Conveniently located close to everything! Just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip ($15-20 Uber Ride), Summerlin, Red Rock Canyon and Casino, Tivoli Village, Boca Park, Golf Courses (Canyon Gate 6 min, Angel Park 8 min, TPC Summerlin 10 min), Convention Center and many more. Walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants, etc. Large privately gated half acre property offers great privacy in resort setting and a half basketball court.
Private Pool, Hot tub, rock water fall and slide, putting green, basketball, shuffle board, play structure, outdoor chess set, poker table and private pickle ball, privately gated on circular driveway.
This gorgeous 3500 Sq. ft. home features, Italian leather sofas with recliners, memory foam mattresses, and tile throughout. It also comes with double stacked laundry room with a large Samsung washer and dryer and complimentary laundry detergent. All towels, linens, iron are all included for your convenience. Master bedrooms are both very large and private, perfect for sharing amongst family or colleagues. Jacuzzi deep soaking baths, imported tile flooring and walk-in showers, chrome fixtures, and custom closets. Bonus - massage chair.
This home was built and remodelled by owners who lived in the property for several years before moving out, and so all furnishings and upgrades are owner level higher end, not rental. Summary: The house is amazing i wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the out door amenities. The cold didnt stop the kids from playing pickle ball. The house all and all was great. Only knocks i have are the small things. Labeling all the remotes would be a good idea marking sure the batteries are working in them. Only one of the gate openers worked. And the door that goes to the back yard from the living room. Sticks and it was very difficult for the kids to open the door. But like i said before all just little things wr absolutely loved our stay and are considering staying with you again.. it is just what our family needed away from the hustle bustle of the strip. Summary: 3 generation family - great house with lots of room for 10 people. Weren’t able to get pool warm enough for adults but kids were braver. Nice neighborhood with close by park and grocery - walkable.

Summary: We had 12 people in our group and there was plenty of space!!!! We loved the separate pool house because it allowed the people that wanted to stay up late and hang out the ability to and anyone who wanted to sleep could be in the main house. There’s also so much to do on property that we didn’t want to leave most of the time! The pickleball court was a great addition. The heated Spa and pool were amazing late night as well. You can’t go wrong with this place! Hosts were kind and responsive. We would stay again! Thank you!

Summary: This house was a great find for our group of 11. We weren’t doing a ton of Vegas things and just wanted a big comfortable place to sprawl out and socialize for a few days. The kitchen, living room and outdoor spaces are huge and lovely. We spent most of each day rotating between pool, hot tub and fire pit. There was also a ton of fridge space if you’re going to hit Costco like us. Would rent this house again.

Summary: The house was as described, clean and perfect. It was a great setup for our family. The pool house was a great plus for us as it's where the older kids liked to hangout. Management was quick to reply to a couple questions we had. We would highly recommend this house for families.

Awesome pool, slide, outside games, beautiful outside cooking island and plenty of room to spread out. The owners are extremely responsive if there are any issues.
