Positive: The property was large, well equipped and clean. It was easy to walk to the Grand Central station and Tram stop. The building was fairly secure. The views from some rooms were very good and others had city view.
Negative: Location - My main thing was there were always men lottering around the area, I even got asked money for food. Looked like some of the men were homeless. There were a couple of night clubs near by and they looked shady. I felt I needed to stay on high alert walking to/from Central Station / Tram stop.

Positive: Spacious and stylish. But be prepared to walk up and down an internal spiral staircase as the rooms and toilets are upstairs. I can't help water the plants as they look dreadful!
Negative: Check in is a little frustrating as you are only told what to do when you are literally at the front of the building and struggle how to get in. Upon messaging for help, a link with a video is then sent to you, telling you to get out and walk around the corner to get the keys from a hidden keybox in the street. Be prepared to read and watch a lot of instructions yourself or a video will sent to you explaining what to do whenever you have a question, like when you cannot find the washing machine (which is a common laundry area with the apartment's own machine to use) or have no idea how to dispose of the rubbish. Even though a cleaning fee is included, guests have to take out the trash when leaving, which is the first time with my long experience with booking.com. The area leading to the train station feel seedy in the evening.

Positive: The penthouse is well equipped and does provide most of the items that are shown in the booking sheet. Unfortunately, our experience was frustrating and an overall negative experience. We are 3 retired couples touring together and thought the penthouse would give us a good base to explore Luxembourg City from and the location is fairly convenient if you enjoy walking. Lots of outdoor space on the balconies to sit and socialize. There are several good restaurants providing a variety of ethnic food within a few blocks and we enjoyed them. The drug dealers standing on the corner outside the building donโ€™t appear to bother the tourists, however they do yell loudly back and forth to each other throughout the night, so you will want to have good earplugs if you need to have the windows open to cool the apartment. The neighbourhood is sketchy and our group was not comfortable about being out late at night. It can be entertaining watching the dealers and prostitutes from the balcony.
Negative: Communication issues. After booking, you can view videos that explain several features. 1 video says that you will get your code for the key lock box but doesnโ€™t say when. I sent emails to the management company a day before our arrival asking about the timing but did not receive a reply to the 5 emails I sent. A generic email 2 hours before my check in time said I would receive the code a minimum of 3 hours before check in time, so I phoned the contact number. The person said they couldnโ€™t release the code until the actual check in time due to security reasons. I asked why the notification they sent stated a minimum of 3 hours prior to check in. She said that must be an error and they might fix it. 5 minutes after my check in time, I received the key box code and was able to enter the apartment. I got the parking key FOB and moved my car into the basement parking lot that smelled like a urinal. I contacted the management company to request an extra set of building / apartment keys since we were 3 couples and didnโ€™t want to do all the same things and was told only one set was available โ€“ โ€œfor security reasons". That evening, I noticed a keyless entry buzzer at the main entrance and sent another note asking about it. They asked me to send pictures, which I did, and they said they had passed the request on to the owner. I never heard anything more, so for the 3 days of our visit, someone had to go downstairs to let the others into the building whenever they returned. There is a video on the site explaining how to get ice and water from the refrigerator, but they canโ€™t tell you how to buzz someone into the apartment. Other issues: No hand towel or hook in the main floor bathroom Electric shutters don't work, so the dining room and upstairs were dark with no view. 1 garbage bag and no blue recycling bags to take out waste as instructions require.
