Positive: Location was excellent! 5 mins to the beach with golf cart, also walking distance. Very good house distribution. Friendly and dedicated personnel; Dinorah is an excellent cook. Swimming pool and jacuzzi clean and warm. Also there is a TV room which is separately from the living room. I have stayed in many villas over the last 20 years and this is by far one of the best. Excellent value for money.
Negative: Fan in the master bedroom too small and far away from the bed; however air conditioning fully functional.
Summary: Excellent location. Beautiful and comfortable villa. Great staff. Excellent value for money.

Positive: What I didn’t like? Everything way exceeded our expectations. I can’t give enough praised to our maid and cook, Diana and Wendy; they were the best ever, very friendly and their service was 5 stars, always available 24/7!!! The house itself is not modern or recently renovated but everything was clean, on point and confortable. Location of the house is prime, very close to Minitas Beach, we felt very safe…Ohhhh and their breakfast service was outstanding!!!
Negative: The thing of not asking for a deposit at the moment of reservation and then send an message requesting to pay all cash was kind of nerving for us, I was a little worried on my way there but their concierge service before, during and after our arrival was absolutely the best ever. I would 100% stay here again and again.
