Summary: Property was even better than it looked in the picture . We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house on the beach… hoping to make it annual trip! Debbie was quick to respond to questions!

Summary: Overall, it was wonderful but would have liked to have had access to the upper bedroom with ensuite. Lower level bedrooms were a bit chilly - bought small heaters which solved that issue.

Summary: This cottage was perfect for our large group. Lots of bedrooms, a big kitchen with large table for eating together, and lots of different areas to spend time in either together or in smaller groups (living room, deck, campfire, outdoor lounge area, gazebo near the water). The beach is beautiful and sandy and shallow. The shoreline isn't really private, and it was busy when we were there, but we didn't mind. The only snag we had was having to keep an eye out for poison ivy on the property - it was pretty rampant. The owner said it was particularly difficult to get under control this year which is understandable. Just might be useful for guests to be wary of. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would happily return!

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Beach House. The size of the cottage was excellent and we all had lots of space. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Most of all the beach was amazing. Our 6 younger grandchildren loved it as we did as well. Thanks again The McQuiggans

Summary: What an awesome time we had with 4 generations celebrating my Mom’s 90th birthday. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen contained all the appliances, cooking utensils and dishes we needed, with plenty of room for lots of cooks! The 30 year-olds were pleased with the Wi-Fi connection, and we all loved the outdoor firepit and beach area. Half our family lives in the US, so this was a wonderful reunion after three difficult years apart! Debbie was great to work with, and we’d highly recommend the beach house in Tiny, Ont.

Summary: Great location close to everything yet it felt very removed and private. Beautiful decor in the cottage and the kitchen was fully stocked. A huge dining table fit all of us and worked well for game night. Access to laundry facilities would have been useful with an infant. The host was instantly available via text. A wonderful place to stay for a family.
