Positive: The location is extremely convenient. Right on the coastline and by the downtown area! The hosts were amazing, extremely patient, friendly and communicate promptly. Very Cozy for a home base during our stay!!

Positive: We had 13 night stay in Kas Bohemia apartment. Accomodation was clean and exactly like shown in the pictures. We found the location very good. It is walking distance (15-20min) from Punda. There are many nice restaurants near by the apartment. We had rental car and surely appreciated the private car parking. Wifi worked well during our whole stay. Bed was comfortable and there is air conditioning in the bedroom. John and Nadine were always available when needed and communication with them was polite and effortless. We booked the accomodation before it was renowed. Found this appartment good value for money.
Negative: There are many barking and howling dogs in the neighbourhood. We found it disturbing especially during the sleeping hours. The payment arrangement was causing some worry. It had to be done via bank wire transfer. Curacao local currency NAF isnt available, as cash money, in Finland. Danske Bank, which is large commercial bank in Scandinavia, couldnt do the wire transfer without some challenges and delay. The cost of bank wire transfer was causing additional expense which equals 5% of the total cost of the apartment rent. Ideally payment is withdrawn from the credit card provided at the time of reservation. Believe washing machine would be appreciated especially by guests who stay for 2 weeks or longer.
