Summary: Great gathering place for my family, parents, and two Brothers with their families for the weekend!It’s been years since we’ve all been able to be together. We were able to bring our boats and spend a nice weekend on the lake. Great big place with plenty of room for all of us!

Summary: The house and view are spectacular. The dock furniture was covered in pollen, so we did not get to use it. But I am sure after the pollen is gone, it would be a nice place to sit by the lake. The driveway is STEEP! We had 3 suv's and 1 car and were able to manage it without any problems. I noticed in the pictures there were no lounge chairs on the large deck so I brought my own. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and i would definitely book this place again.

Summary: 8 senior citizens who travel together every year over the New Years Day time. We enjoy going to different locales and different homes that offer different amenities. This property was very nice. It was mostly as described. The home is showing its age a little (much like me). The kitchen was missing a very important tool..........a wine cork screw!!!! Seriously, it's a very nice home and the 8 of us were very comfortable.

Summary: We really enjoyed our time at this house. It was spacious and exactly as described. The main challenge was navigating the steep, curving driveway and limited parking spaces since two of our group had large vehicles.

Summary: I wish there was a minor/ sign somewhere on the driveway that show coming down slowly for safety concern. The 2 trash carts were not empty and empty boxes were inside the garage that blocked so we could not park two cars in the garage. The views are beautiful and peaceful. I wish there are more papers towels and cleaning solutions in the kitchen. It was a good experience and enjoyable.

Summary: We had a great time at the lake with our family here. Some of the finishes of the house weren't as nice as I would hope, but overall it was a great place for our family and a nice place to get away.

Summary: Overall the property was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We had fun cooking breakfast before our daily outings and enjoyed wine and snacks with our evening game nights. I have nothing negative to say but just a few things to point out to set your expectations- before going I saw another reviewer on the spiders and cobwebs down at the dock, this is true but at no fault of the property- it’s just Tennessee in the summer. The owner cleared them before we came and we would clear them daily but those little guys are persistent. Secondly the walk from the house to the dock is steep, again not a bad thing, just nature of the property, if you are able bodied after the first walk you get use to it but if you have restrictions it’s something to keep in mind. The owner set us up with all sorts of information on activities and where to rent a boat if we wanted. This was super helpful because it took some of the stress out of planning and we knew it was owner approved (even though we were allowed to use anyone) Property felt safe in the evenings and it was actually pretty close to stores and restaurants.
