Welcome to your luxurious modern 6,500-square-foot, 7 bedroom, 7 bath home in the popular Central Park (formerly known as Stapleton) neighborhood in Denver. Your vacation house faces a park and boasts soaring 20 foot ceilings that add to the volume of this spacious home.
Explore the park right out the front door and stroll around nearby town centers with loads of local shops and restaurants. The house is central to the airport and downtown Denver.
The house has 3 levels. The main floor features an open living area with an office, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, island, two dining areas, a half bath, and bedroom with en suite bath. The top floor has 5 bedrooms, all with connected bathrooms, along with a loft overlooking the park, and laundry room. The custom-finished basement doubles as a game room and features a lounge area, pool table, arcade table, and ping pong table. This lower level also has a bedroom and bathroom.
The home is situated on a park and just a short walk to the community pool and playground. The fenced backyard has a covered patio, as well as a best in class gas grill.

Summary: Very amazing host. Scott was responsive and helpful. Had a lot of amenities and activities to do around. If I had to be nitpicky, I would just ask that I get checkin instructions earlier because I had people waiting from 3 PM on to see if we can get in. We got checkin instructions at 4:05 PM.

Summary: My wife and I got married this weekend and our family and wedding party stayed at the property with us. We were absolutely stunned by all of the intricate features, the spectacular design and convenient location of the property. Plenty of space for getting ready and many different areas to sit and hang out. The basement kept the groomsmen entertained and we left happy with our experience.

Summary: This house was amazing! So many amenities lots of space, large couches inside and out. The outdoor living had so much To offer. The house was so well stocked it had everything and anything that could you could imagine that you needed. There was tons of supplies and And cooking extras didn’t get a chance to use the pizza oven, but would have loved to. The gym in the garage was an added bonus. The whole downstairs basement is an added bonus. The house was beautifully decorated. One of my favorites was the succulent table and the fish tank was, pretty cool too! We hope to stay here again when we are in the area, the owners were great At communicating anything that we needed. Check out was seamless.
